Heyhop standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation
Heyhop is a service exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. These standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation apply to all its content and features.

Zero tolerance
Heyhop expressly prohibits all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes creating, requesting, sharing, storing or facilitating child sexual abuse material (CSAM), as well as grooming, sextortion, trafficking, recruitment, sexualisation or any conduct that exploits or endangers a minor. This prohibition applies to profiles, images, the Feed, events and all chats.
In-app reporting and blocking
Heyhop lets you report users, cards, posts, comments, direct messages, anonymous messages and events. Blocking severs the relationship in both directions. Reports include limited server-side evidence and are reviewed with restricted internal access.
Authorised human review
An anonymous chat participant's identity is hidden from other participants and organisers, but not from the authorised Safety team. When necessary to investigate abuse, protect someone or comply with the law, that team can consult internal identity information and retained context. Sensitive actions are audited.
Action on CSAM and reporting to authorities
Once Heyhop becomes aware of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the service, it takes action to remove the content or prevent access to it, restricts or blocks the accounts involved as appropriate, and preserves only the necessary references and controlled evidence, without making manual copies or redistributing the material. Confirmed CSAM cases are reported to the competent authority in accordance with Heyhop's procedures and applicable law. Review and reporting to authorities are carried out by an authorised human, not an automated reporting system. We may withhold details that could increase risk or hinder an investigation.
Child Safety contact
Report child exploitation, sexual abuse or serious risks to seguridad@mail.heyhop.app. This monitored channel is for safety incidents. Do not send illegal material or attachments; describe what happened and use in-app reporting where possible. If there is immediate danger, contact 112 or the authorities in your country.
Ongoing protections
The 18+ launch does not remove private age classification, teen/adult separation, controlled continuity, Safety locks, blocks, sanctions or evidence. These safeguards remain in place to prevent abuse and protect the community.
