Connect respectfully
These guidelines apply to profiles, cards, proximity, the Feed, events, rooms, comments and direct or anonymous chats.

Adult and honest participation
- You must be 18 or older and provide your true date of birth.
- Use your own identity and clearly communicate the purpose of your Social and Professional cards.
- Respect each person's and event's boundaries, decisions and context.
- Ask permission before sharing other people's data, conversations or images.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Harassment, threats, hate, violence, impersonation, scams, spam or deceptive solicitation.
- Private data, non-consensual intimate content or illegal material.
- Child sexual exploitation or abuse, CSAM, sexualisation of minors, grooming, sextortion or any conduct that puts a minor in danger.
- Infringement of copyright, image rights, privacy or data protection rights.
- Manipulation of age, proximity, requests, matches, reports, voting or metrics.
- Attempts to evade blocks, sanctions, capacity limits, moderation or access controls.
Messages and anonymity
Do not use direct or anonymous chats to pressure, deceive or harass. Anonymity hides your identity from other users, but not from the authorised Safety team when needed to investigate a report, protect someone or fulfil a legal obligation.
Events
Respect reasonable organiser instructions, capacity limits and each room's purpose. Organiser roles do not authorise access to private age data, reports, personal notes or anonymous identities.
How we respond
We may review reports, hide or restore content, sever relationships, remove people from events, restrict features, suspend accounts or preserve evidence. Our response depends on severity, risk, recurrence and context. Sensitive actions are recorded for internal review.
Report and block
Use the app's reporting and blocking controls. Blocking severs the relationship in both directions; removing it does not restore matches or requests. For child sexual abuse, serious risk or incidents you cannot report in the app, contact seguridad@mail.heyhop.app. If there is immediate danger, contact 112 or the competent authorities.
